a apple small onion 1lb lean minced chicken 1 tbsp each of grated ginger/garlic and lime zest 4ybsp fresh chopped parsley salt and pepper to taste low cal spray oil
peel,core and grate the apple and chop the onion, place in a bowl with the minced chicken,garlic,ginger,lime and herbs - season well then using fingers mix thorourly to combine. shape mixture into burgers and chill for 2/3 hours.
preheat oven to 180 deg c or 350 deg f place burgers on tray spray with low cal oil bake for 25 mins or until browned!!! yummmmy
