Pineapple Raisin Cookies       10/02/04 10:46 PM Edit Reply Quote atomic rose Reged: 06/01/04 Posts: 7013 Loc: Maine (IBS-A stable since July '05!) 1/2 cup applesauce 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 egg white 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup crushed pineapple with juice 1/2 tsp salt 2 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder Preheat oven to 375. Cream applesauce and sugar. Add vanilla and egg white. Add pineapple and raisins. Sift together the dry ingredients and stir into wet ingredients. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheets sprayed with cooking spray, and bake 8-10 minutes. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
