Here you go:
Vanilla Donuts (makes 2 trays) 2 cups flour 2 tablespoons baking powder ½ teaspoon salt 1 cup sugar 1 cup milk (soy, or rice or oat or nut milk please) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon shortening (or oil) 2 eggs (or ½ cup egg substitute for those with IBS) Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease donut cups with shortening or oil or spray vegetable coating like Pam. Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl. Mix in the rest of ingredients until combined. Fill pan cups ½ full and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool before glazing. Old Fashioned Glaze: Enough for 2 trays, one sided glaze. Whisk together 2 cups powdered sugar with 2 tablespoons corn syrup. Add water one tablespoon at a time until thin enough to dip donuts. Chocolate Glaze: Whisk together ¼ cup sweetened cocoa powder, 2 cups powdered sugar and then add 2 tablespoons corn syrup. Add just enough water to make thin enough to dip donuts. Strawberry Icing: Mix together ½ cup strawberry jelly and 2 cups powdered sugar. Add just enough water to make icing thin enough to spread on donuts.
