Honey, 4 pounds is NOTHING. I bet it's more in your head than on your hips! I managed to gain 12 pounds on HONEYMOON!
Anyway, losing 4lbs by the wedding is definitely possible. Have you ever done WeightWatchers? IT's the only thing that works for me (I like my food WAY too much). And with the wedding in your mind, I bet you'll be really good at counting your points! Beware of exercising too much (not that I guess you have that much time with a 3 year old!) - I always just gain muscle and my weight goes up!!! But walking and yoga are GREAT. And they should help prevent the panic attacks.
As I'm writing this, I'm thinking, why don't I EVER listen to my own advice????? Must do some yoga today.
Anyway...congrats on beating the PPD. You have had a hard slog haven't you? Makes me wonder why I get so depressed at NOT having a baby?
