And I forgot, the downy may irritate, too. I love Downy but I use it on towels, etc. just not on underwear. The Oscar body bath and zest soap could be causing it, too. I don't like Ivory soap but the Dove isn't bad. If you really don't want to give up the sweet smelling stuff try the probiotics, first. That may take care of it. My doc told me that after menopause your tissue in "that area" changes and gets irritated and sometimes it can mimic a UTI. Everytime I went in thinking I had a UTI she tested and said, no. She gave me some Estrace Hormone Creme to use in "that area". Ask you doc about it next time you go in.. I'm glad my husband is on blood pressure meds because he is slowing down equivalent to my menopause changes. We are on the same wavelength.....whew!
