I saw an ad for this in the current issue of fibromyalgia AWARE magazine. My sister, who also has fibro but is in REMISSION!!!! right now, got one of these at her DOCTOR'S!!!! recommendation and highly recommends it. So if you a) can't afford or b) don't live near a pressure point therapist, this can really help. It comes with a 35 page instruction book it says.
