Okay, so I've started trying to eat more protein in an effort to improve my energy levels and stamina. BUT, how the heck am I going to lose any weight and eat this stuff??? I know some stuff, like fish is low-cal-ish, but I bought some nuts to snack on and there was 1200 calories in the bag!!! Aaargh!

There's less than 10 weeks till I get married and I STILL haven't lost the weight. I think the big problem is that I don't feel much bigger than I used to be. I'm pretty happy like this. But the HTB thinks I look loads bigger (why did I ask for an honest opinion????) and I don't think I quite fit into my wedding dress!!! AARGH!

Help, please, someone...
