Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | anyone NEW to the boards, please read this!

there seem to be a lot of Newbies on the boards. glad to have each and every one of you here!

please look at the post for Newbies at the top of the IBS Diet message board..

please note that there are 8 message boards on this site! if you look at the top of your screen you can see 7 of them. Click on the links to get to the different boards. (They are: IBS Diet, IBS Recipes, Hypnosis..., Yoga..., IBS Research Library, Crohn's & Colitis, and lastly, this board, Living Room)

if you post in the wrong board, you are going to get fewer responses to your post. posts/threads about IBS and the Eating for IBS Diet are posted under IBS Diet. if you post them elsewhere, they may be ignored by some.... so make sure you post them in the correct place. we want you to get your questions answered and we want to see what you have to say!

the board you're in right now if you're reading this is the Living Room. we goof off and natter and schmooze here (and some of us get our flirt on). it's kinda a nice place to escape from the world and just hang out. please jump into any thread you want--- don't be shy!
