Canada HI Nugget; I keep following this post.I too am trying to grow my hair to my shoulders,again.My hair was way short before and have tried many times to let it grow out. This time I have not given up and said CUT IT OFF. I am at the stage where it looks,uumm, "Not sure what kind of style it is"phase. It is now long enough on the sides to tuck behind my ears,so far so good. The back is almost to my shoulders,I think I need it trimmed there. To keep it looking presentable is to wet it, mousse it, and blow dry it while pull brushing to curl it under. My hair is natural curly (wavy) so most times it has a mind of its own. My husband asked the other day "Is it not time for you to get a haircut?" I told him I was letting it grow. He just laughed,cause he knows I never really go for it. I am going to prove him wrong this time,(typing as I cross my fingers) . Good luck to you and don't listen to what others say. You do what you want to do, and who cares what other people say of do!!!
