Ok to take iberogast AND peppermint oil capsules       06/26/16 07:20 PM Edit Reply Quote SeekingHelp Reged: 06/26/16 Posts: 1 My 12 year old son suffers terribly from abdominal cramps and also constipation. The pain was very bad two years ago and was treated with cyproheptadine which is an anticholinergic. He reacted poorly to that although the pain went quickly. The pain has returned and we don't want to give him an anticholinergic again for fear of side effects. Which is how we found Heathers Tummy Tamers (peppermint oil capsules) and also have come across iberogast. Can these be taken together? Can either be constipating? Thank you!
