Methylcellulose soluble fiber should be considered fodmap free (chemically altered a little though), since it is not fermentable by ANY bacteria, per Citrucel's website. But, it will not feed and help grow good bacteria like the all natural soluble acacia "Tummy Fiber."

7/2017: CBD oil solves some IBS spasming, expensive. Benadryl relaxes some spasming, but tiring and drying..Dizzy from presc. meds., yet still spasming.Taking less probios and more enzymes. No gluten. Weight steady. Less migraines and heartburn with double ginger bags and feverfew standardized, sometimes Imitrex. Body aches. Taking (non-frementing) methylcellulose caplets instead of having done acacia. Drinking 10C/day water constantly keeps away most trapped gas. Couldn't get disability.
