In Middle of Painful Attack       11/14/14 11:52 AM Edit Reply Quote Nicole_Dennis Reged: 12/23/12 Posts: 1 Loc: FL - Florida Seeking lots of help!! Been in middle of a very painful IBS-D attack since Tuesday night. Been sipping on Peppermint Tea and warm broth. Was doing really good. Watched my diet. Taking my fiber. Didn't eat any trigger foods. Don't know what happened. My belly is noisy and rumbling. If I try to have plain oatmeal or pasta, it gets upset all over again. Severe pain through entire belly. Hoping everyone can give me advice. -------------------- IBS-C w/Bloat. Diagnosed 2010. Family history of Chron's. Still not stable, but working on it. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
