I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Sarno's TMS approach. I found myself on every page of his book. With that said I like the book They Can't Find Anything Wrong with Me by Gastroentologist David Clarke. He explains it as stress illness instead of oxygen deprivation, which makes more sense to me.
