Ugh steroids either. I'm enduring my 4th month of steroids for swelling in my back for the 2nd idiot who rear ended me within a year, and I'm going to tell my doc That's Enough at my next appointment. My quality of life's taken a bruising, and I'm dead set on cutting out any stressors I can identify!!

Still with my guy (15yrs!), and he's doing well enough that I quit actively persuing a job last year. It's awful not having money of my own, but I couldn't imagine the pain of sitting in a chair at work. Even driving hurts my back-- I see a pain specialist every 2 months, and he's a good doc and a fibro sympathizer, but I can't thak to him about my IBS pain. I'm always worried that people won't believe my IBS symptoms, or worse, order expensive tests which inevidably turn out negative.

I am keeping weight on!
