Michele- so nice to hear from you again I'm not sure if you remember me, but I may have written to you before and asked if fungus could be implicated in your symptoms. I am a huge FUPO (fungus until proven otherwise) head. I have read while researching fungus that it can be implicated in sarcoidosis, and an antifungal program can actually help those with that disease.
Not sure if it is something you may want to investigate. Just putting it out there. Sorry you are not well. I have missed seeing you around here. Best to you....
