For a while, too soothe my IBS symptoms, I used a heating pad on my stomach. The thing is, I have abused it. I over used it, I used it on my stomach, I even burned my skin. Now, after my grandpa strictly told me not to use it anymore, I just discovered this website, so I have to wait a while before I'll be getting anything from here. So, in the meantime, I've been looking for heat related products that might help prevent a pain, and I have been looking at this ICY HOT/cold pack that Heather's selling in one of her IBS kits. My grandpa says we can't use ANY heat-related source on my abdominal areas, and honestly, I agree with him. But, I want to know, if anyone one out there's used the little heat packet things. My questions are, can I used it on my skin without risk of it burning it any further?
Thanks!
