Becoming a housebound hermit such as you have described here, should not be necessary in this day and age. Please get yourself to Gastroenterology with this history. For openers, you should have a full GI work up including a Colonoscopy with biopsies . You really need, and deserve, a more definitive diagnosis by now. Wishing you the best...
