Empty for colonoscopy still felt yucky?

Hello, A couple of years back when I had emptied out totally for my colonoscopy (3 days of strict fasting and enemas etc.) there was nothing left in me and I still felt yucky in my bowel - similiar to how I feel with an IBS attack - like there is a bug in there - the Dr. said "oh no, you should feel nothing as you are totally emptied out". Well I did still feel like a bug in there (that is how I feel during an attack which lasts and lasts until it subsides) Has anyone else expereinced this? Now I am beginning to make sense of it as it has been stated that it is actually better to have small amount of SF in our bowels most of the time and maybe total starvation and enemas were just as harmful as trigger foods?
