My IBS was totally stable for a very long time - at least over a year and I was at my Chrio appt. I mentioned to my CHiropractor that I had bowel annoyances in the past but they were gone and I was totally under control - No IBS in this body. I then talked to him about how it had been so horrible with the years of not having it under control and my doctor being at a loss. I am not exagerrating but within less then a few days (maybe one) my symptons started to reappear - it may be a total coincidence, however, I found it interesting after reading the Mind-Gut connection. I am new to this diet and forum so I am not sure if this is truly a mind-gut connection but something went odd. Wanted to share my story. Debbie IBS-C Starting to stablize.....
