Have you heard of the latest "cure" for MS? I was blown away by the news report the other night on the local channel. They've discovered that a particular medication for cancer that's been out for a long time now has proven very effective in MS patients. There was a woman on the show who could not walk AT ALL until the doc started her on this cancer med, and now she's up and moving and even going out of the house. It's truly a break-through! Check it out with your doc.

I can't answer your question, I'm sorry; I don't know anyone in these Boards with MS. I'm sorry to hear that your doctors are "blowing you off," but that's typical of a GI; we've all been there.

I do know that my old boss kept his MS at bay by cutting out all fat and sugars from his diet and exercising every single day, even the days when he had to go to court. He stumbled only once in the ten years I worked there, but I pretended not to notice.

I wish I had more help for you, but I do hope you'll check with your doc on that cancer med breakthrough.
