Sooooo he and my daughter were on their way home and doofus rode through the grass(disregarding our telling him streets only mind you!), front tire goes in a hole, he goes over the handlebars and has mild "grass-rash" everywhere.
He is OK...typical boy injury, "grass-rash" looks cool right?
Then....big sister tells on him and it seems that he said the "s word" when he fell. That is a no-no in our house so we dealt with that...it's a bummer to lose your bike for a week and have to walk to school. But I am giving him the foundation to be able to tell his children that he had to walk to school in the snow...with no shoes...uphill both ways!
What I don't understand is why he doesn't get just plain TICKED OFF at his sister whenever she tells on him? He rarely tells on her.
