Writing is very helpful, although I don't usally do that. When life gets over whelming you have to sit back and reflect on what is worth being upset about and what can you do to change the situation to help yourself. One thing I learned in life is I have the choice to be happy or the choice to dwell on the bad things and be miserable. It is not easy to be happy when everything is falling apart around you and I hope you can take some time for yourself and get back to being your happy ditzy self.
