I don't know how to make you feel better. I'm kind of in the same funk as life events have taken a toll on me too. And we have no control over most of what has happened. Anxiety and stress are very difficult and lonliness is a problem for me. These boards and my on-line friends help get me through the difficult times. We all need hugs and comfort...even when you are usually the one offering it.
