Ugh! I live with 3 guys (my hubby and 2 teenage boys) and the tv is always tuned into some sports event. I laugh and tell them it doesn't matter if it's bowling, they will watch it! I have to fight---I mean, really fight---to get the remote and watch something else. If I turn it to HGTV, they all roll their eyes! My husband and one son are big golfers which I hate because it takes up so much TIME. I have been known to go shopping and make a major purchase (such as a leather chair and ottoman) and tell my husband later, "Well, I tried to call you, but you were at the golf course and I couldn't reach you to discuss it with you." I don't do this often, just often enough to remind him who's boss. Ha! I would like to shoot whoever came up with the GOLF Channel. Listening to putting tips and interviews with David Duval is the most boring thing in the world to me! Oh well, at least golfing keeps my teenage son out of trouble. I always know where he is----at the golf course!
