We were busy at work today and I haven't had too much time to post. I'm doing well today, I took an Ambien last night and actually had a good nights sleep!! So, after seeing my shrink last night, sleeping well, and doing extra physical therpay this morning, I feel pretty good! I can't wait to check out the Y tomorrow, I'm really hoping it works out that both Will and I can start swimming there!
