Yes, I do think you should keep your appt tomorrow!! Be prepared to have to be firm. It sounds like this is probably the second early miscarriage you have had. Some things to ask about would be: Rh factor, can be ruled out when you and hubby both know your blood types. Clotting disorders, very common for repeated miscarriage, can be easily enough checked with blood tests, warning, they will take a LOT of blood . Ask if you can come in after you ovulate next month to have your progesterone checked. Right after you ovulate your progesterone should steadily increase to prepare your lining to hold the fertilized egg. If your not making enough progesterone, your body won't be able to nourish the fertilized egg, resulting in miscarriage. This is my problem. I now take progesterone suppositories after ovulation to correct this. Many dr's don't want to do much testing until you have had THREE miscarriages in a row. I think this is cruel. The things I mentioned are easy enough to check and there is no reason not to do them if this is indeed a second miscarriage for you. A lot of the time they never do come up with an answer but these are some of the most common reasons for recurrent miscarriage and they are treatable.
