Has she been eating grass? That'll make her throw up - dogs do it to clean themselves out cos they'll eat anything!
I know you love her, but don't spoil her! Find a food that's good for her and stick to it. And if she doesn't eat it, don't give her extra treats! Doggie treats aren't usually good enough nutrients wise to replace proper dog food, so make her eat her vitamins!
Our dog has REALLY boring food - imagine a dried dog food version of the IBS diet! So we add some cooked chicken to his dinner bowl everyday. It starts him eating and then he usually carries on and eats the boring stuff too.
