Yes, I think it is more of a fear of having to go in public places. Bashful bowel? I'm trying to find more info online, because I just want to know now.

Wanna hear something strange? This morning at 5:09, 21 min before my alarm went off, I woke up and the first thing that went throught my head was my original post from last night and immediately after was a comment I remember a co-worker making about another co-worker "going" at work. She was going on and on about how she couldn't believe this lady did that at work, how she herself always waits to go when she's at home, blah, blah, blah. (Yes, she was a B#$*&! ) This happened at my old job about 11 years ago, so of course this morning I was like where the heck did that come from?

I think this venting may be helping me. I mean, why else would that have popped into my head? I don't think I ever remembered it before.

Also, early on when I was just noticing the hypno working at all, my fiance and I were at a restaurant and I started getting all anxious (how I used to get - this usually doesn't happen any more. I can only remember once when I really was feeling a little touchy to begin with, but it wasn't that bad, and I stayed at the restaurant anyway. Sorry, branching off here... ), and I finally just got really angry! I was sick and tired of feeling that way. So I told myself if I'm going to have an accident, I'm going to have an accident. What's the worst that could happen? Am I going to literally die? I don't think so. And it worked! I got over it, and have never had the problem since.

Soooo, my point is, I'm really getting angry with this "bashful bowel". I'm really considering going to the store to go to the bathroom on purpose. Maybe if I keep doing it, I'll get over it. Face your fear, right?
