Firstly, contact Heather at 866-640-4942 or 206-264-8069 or Email: Help@HelpForIBS.com to get a replacement CD -
Once you get your new CD, go back to the schedule to the day where you begin with the third session and carry on again from there with listening to the complete session - you should be OK to get back on track.
