Re: A few encouraging stories - feedback for the IBS Audio Program 100

I must be 'one of the 75%' that the 100-day program helped! Two years ago I developed IBS after being treated with two horrendous antibiotics for my first attack of diverticulitis (and hopefully my last). Went through all the prescribed scans, lab tests, stool studies, etc. to arrive, by default, at the IBS diagnosis. I stumbled across this website after searching for help for several months, and started with the dietary changes. A couple of months later I tried the Tummy Fiber and slowly improved, but plateaued after several months. In desperation, I ordered the 100-day self hypnosis program. It wasn't until I got to around day 90 that I realized I was feeling much better. I still have flares when I don't follow the diet closely enough or occasionally forget a dose of fiber, but eight months after completing the 100-day program, I'm delighted to report that I feel well enough to consider traveling to Europe again next year! Thank you for giving me my life back!
