HI Renee -

third time was the 'charm' for me - so I hope it is for you too! One little hint that I learned later on from Mike is that if it is at all possible, to try not to read or write about IBS because the program works to take your thinking away from IBS, and reading and writing and researching about it, just brings it back into though - I know sometimes that can be hard, but if you can stay away from the boards, etc. during the duration of listening to the program, it might help speed progress up a bit - of course, if you have questions or concerns you can certainly come here for support - or go to the contact page on the healthy audio site listed in the booklet for help.

Hopefully this will help you in time for the wedding! I sure hope so - keep positive and dont give up! There is hope and I wish you all the best.
