Hi Frygirl, it is so good to see you back! I did three rounds of the hypno cds and I have to say, I have never been better. It has been a long road and a tough road, since I have had IBS (you know my backstory), for so long. It isn't about the food, we both know that, and it has taken me this long to work through my issues.

I had the recent pleasure of speaking with Marilyn at home, and doing a small voice clip for Mike. I am so appreciative for him and all his work, I felt I had to give back.

What I have found is that the cds seem to eventually work on the anxiety. At least, for me, my GAD is so much better, not to mention the anxiety associated with the IBS symptoms. I am pretty much symptom-free now, and I owe it all to the cds.

Like Marilyn has said before, your subconscious will deal with the most pressing issues first, so maybe for you, that is not the IBS. I know it wasn't for me.

It is so good to hear from you again and I hope you frequent more, although I do understand why you left in the first place.
