Sometimes this happens in life - so dont worry. If this is something that happens here and there, it should not be a problem, but if you are interrupted several days in a row, or very often, then you will need to try to find a new time of day/night to listen, or make some arrangements where you wont be disturbed in order for the program to work. It is only 1/2 hour a day, so hopefully it wont be too much of an issue overall...

So in answer to your question -

If you still feel 'relaxed' and calm after the interruption, back up the recording a few minutes, and carry on.

If you were only a few minutes into the session, start over then and there.

If after the interruption, you are fully awake and not calm, start over from the beginning if you were only into it at the beginning part (before the imagery, etc.)

If you were in the middle or end, wait until the next day, repeat that session again and carry on from there.
