I had very severe constipation I would go maybe onec a week It was very hard and painful and I did everything itook laxatives and enenmas and supposotories and tried to eat all the right stuff I had horrible abdomenal pains and rectal pain I didnt know if something was trying to explode aout of me or push its way in My doctors were idiots they said there was nothing to help me and I had to live live like that I beged them to try zelnorm first they siad my case wasnt bad enough whatever that means anyway i took zelmnorm for 3 months It did not help I took other things that I dont remember but I was alwasy in poainand I have a bad back whichwas getting worse. One thin though along with the constipation every now and then I became incontinent so that was a joy
Then I went to UCLA I have abrilliant doctor She ran all the tests and yes ofcourse I have slow transit but there is also some inflamation and a sphincter problem
I now can have a BM most days fromthe meds (miralax and I am on anti depressents and hypnosis and Qigong. I try everything if I think it might help
I have beeen having some really bad rectal pains now and a lot of itching and burning and I have developed reflux so I am very liminted to what I can eat I would kill for a mocha.
But my tests are next week and I am hanging in. It has ben tough Besides the back and IBS and Reflux I am also Unrinary incontinet and I need to collect my urine every day until my procedure in JAn
A few weeks back I was collecting all urine and BM to put in tubes with chemicals I havent gotten the results back yet
I will keep youposted
