So glad to know you are OK - I was praying for you and worrying about you all night.

Well, I hope the church session works out - ask if they have young adults groups - many do - and this may be an area to connect with others.

But you are not alone in your suffering - there are lots of young folks suffering as you do - you just have not come in contact with them - OR they haven't shared that with you. My daughter is in a similar place as you are, though a few years younger, and she feels isolated too - that no one understands, but she has three therapists - one through school, one in town here, and then a medical doctor who has given her Zoloft to treat her anxiety. There is help out there, and I am so sorry your dad is not as supportive as he needs to be, but hopefully you will have a start this evening - good luck! xx
