I'm okay. I haven't done anything and I really don't want to. Its just so difficult living in a world where no one understands or can even begin to fathom the pain you're in. That's what its like for me. I feel as if I'm the only one out there who's going through this since there's no one else in person who I know who has this problem. My dad constantly tries to put himself up onto my level as if he has the whole IBS thing all figured out. He's even told me, "its just stress related. You weren't as bad when you we're on break" He doesn't realize that I was as bad. I just didn't realize it during the summer. It doesn't make sense to me that he would say things like this then start arguing with me about it. Does he really think that the stress that he's adding is going to help? I wanted to tell him that, but didn't because I knew it would only start another argument. He makes me feel like garbage. I'm only baggage to him. I plan on attending I Saturday Christian church session tonight not far from where I live. I'm sure that even though most of the people there won't know me, they'll give me more comfort to me in an hour than my dad could in a lifetime.

I'm more cleared out today. Drank a lot of water and Citracel yesterday along with starving myself so I would be. I'm terrified to eat anything now because I don't want to be clogged again for days, weeks, or even months again.
