Hypnosis doesn't seem to be working

My C just isn't getting better at all after nearly 50 days of this. I feel like its getting worse, really. I'm having a difficult time tolerating this and am considering overdosing on all my laxatives just to find a little relief. Even if that means a fatal amount from the Milk of Magnesia. its so easy to do... just exceed the amount that I'm already taking. Go over 4tbs and it can make you sick... I'll drink the whole frigging bottle! I just don't care now. I'm tired of this. I don't care if I die from an overdose on the Milk of magnesia and taking a whole bottle of magnesium supplements I have stashed away. If that's what it takes to finally find my freedom, then so be it. I'll take my own life. I swear I'll frigging do it if this doesn't stop soon. I feel horribly psychotic and unstable mentally at this point. I feel euphoric and anxious with a nervous feeling of simply losing it and going mad at this point. No one seems to be able to understand this - especially the one person who should be the most understanding and and supportive... my dad. I can't talk to him about this at all. I want to see a pshychiatrist about this. I want to go back to the doctor but I can't talk to him about it at all!
