Feeling Better Time Frame

Everyone is different with the time it takes to see changes on the IBS Audio Program. Some people feel better soon after they start the program - as shown by Sharon's post which I have included here - and others may need to re-listen to the program again later on.

Mike explains that this is because as individuals, we may have IBS symptoms that are more severe and more frequent than others, or we may have had IBS for a longer amount of time, and as individuals, we all respond differently. So you can't really compare your progress with that of others - be patient with yourself - some see progress after the 27th day, some upon complettion, and some within a few days - but never measure yourself with anyone but yourself!

And remember, that the majority of persons who complete the program do have relief - enjoy your journey and be well.

Well, it's been 10 days of the IBS Audio Program now and I'm already feeling so much better, that if this was all there was, I'd be thrilled! I just began the 2nd session today so look forward to even more improvement. I've only had 1 bad episode of diarrhea at the beginning of the therapy. I would recommend this so much!!

The first session reminded me of my childbirth classes of 30+ years ago! So it felt like an old friend revisited. Reminded me of things forgotten and techniques gone rusty.

While I'm still just a little leary about leaving the house, it's not so bad as before and I've actually gone to do errands with no problems - twice! This prisoner is loosening those chains!
