Like narcotics I had to keep increasing the pain in order to get any affect. So I have stopped. My next idea is a crash diet to lose as much weight as I can to see if that helps. I am overweight and I have successfully dieted in the past. One thing that does correlate with my IBS is weight gain. I gained a lot of weight just before my IBS began. There might be a connection.
