Thyroid hormone and fiber       01/11/10 05:46 PM Edit Reply Quote irishlass45 Reged: 06/16/09 Posts: 2 I have hypothyroidism and was told not to take any fiber for four hours after taking the thyroid hormone because fiber interferes with the absorption of the hormone.
