B Vitamin tablets       05/19/09 10:22 PM Edit Reply Quote myoichiama Reged: 05/19/09 Posts: 1 I was wondering if anyone noticed their IBS symptoms get worse after taking a B-complex vitamin tablet. I had two bad attacks this past week and on both days I had taken a B-complex vitamin tablet with my breakfast. I couldn't think of anything else I had done on those days that was different. Could it be that a B-complex supplement is too stimulating to the nervous system? What do others think? Thank you! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
