you seem to be a very busy and outgoing person. I was wondering if your ibs is stable? For some reason,I was shocked to think about an ibs person being so busy and outgoing. My ibs is so bad I only leave my house to go to work and thats from 5-11pm..ibs was so bad today I was scared I wouldn't go to the bathroom at all,but then it acted up at after 5pm and is still bad and its after 8pm. My mom said I had to have my room cleaned. hardly got any of it done.
