Thanks bunches guys! I was feeling so low yesterday, but I am hoping that I can just use it as motivation to get my butt in gear and get back to where I want to be.
Adrian and I went and did a big shop at a less expensive grocery store so we could get more food and I got all healthy stuff, lots of stuff to freeze so hopefully I can plan meals easier and stuff.
My two big goals right now are: No chocolate (I may let myself once a week, but maybe not at first) and no pop. Pop is a big weakness for me.
Oh, and needless to say, I am in AGONY today in my thighs from the class.   I knew it was coming, though. Hee hee.
