peanut butter & banana & honey sandwich (couldn't even taste the honey - a waste, but otherwise delicious)
1 1/2 low-fat graham crackers 1/2 c apple sauce
pasta w/ tomato sauce, green beans, & soy cheese
1 cookie (why, jaime, why?) wheat thins chik patty w/ honey
corn flakes w/ lite soy milk
okay, why the cookie? resisted a second bowl of cereal. still unnecessary night eating. and i'm not going to be able to go to the gym tomorrow morning like i'd planned, since i have to go get the blood test from my physical. (wish the dr did it at their office rather than requiring this extra trip.) things have just been so crazy lately that it's basically impossible to fit in working out, and my eating's suffering, too. on the upside, the lecture/discussion i went to tonight was amazing and inspiring - playwrights and the artistic director of the theatre i want to work at some day - and, ibs-wise, i'm trying to increase my SFS again, see if i can't get even more stable. so, yay for that.
