Shannon: I will not curse you for your meat/fish habit. I'm not a better person because I don't eat animals. What a person eats/drinks does not determine their value, their worth. You are in the habit of eating meat, it is your way, your tradition. Honestly, some people make really crappy vegans. My body just doesn't like meat. Seriously. It rejects meat. It ejects meat. My conscience and psyche reject it too. I'm the one that has to live with that and quite frankly I never liked animal products/animals as food.
Could it be a blood type thing? I don't know, but I'm a type A. Maybe it's karma? I just can't sleep at night with a cooked dead creature swimming in my intestines. It gives me nightmares. I am extreme and I know this, but hey...I'm true to me, to my body and my heart and my soul. It is my choice to be an herbivore and yours to be an omnivore and we both respectively have to make our beds and our minds. Does that make sense? Basically, I'm not cursing you or trying to change you. Maybe, it's just a mouthful of Gestalt in the middle of the afternoon...but you are you and I am I...and well neither of us exists to live up to each other's expectations!
