I remember all too well the feeling of being scared of food! ((((hugs)))) I KNOW how you feel. Its this fear that prevents me from eating too much because I always worry that if I eat just a little too much, I'll get an attack (overeating can trigger IBS attacks for some, and I know it does for me.)
