I didn't know they were considered safe. I always buy the store brand english muffins because they're dairy-free... even though Thomas's are so much better. *snif*

I know some people aren't as sensative to dairy so they don't worry about small amounts like those in the muffins. But especially when you're not stable I'd stick to the other brands.
