I've been planning and getting ibs food in for what feels like forever and today I've started back on the diet. I have to admit that I'm feeling better already and that's just after one day. I'm hoping I have the will power to stick to it this time. I thought I'd write what I ate incase anyone needed ideas or if anyone thinks I'm going wrong somewhere.
Breakfast Porridge made with almond milk
Lunch Homemade vegetable soup and rice cakes Dessert Peeled apple
Snack Soya cheese on fresh white bread Hot chocolate
Dinner Salmon with mixed veg Fruit puree pot.
Supper Porridge with almond milk.
I've also been drinking herbal teas and water.
