Hi - Yes, you can definitely still use your fiber past the Best By date. There's really nothing in Tummy Fiber that can go bad, become ineffective, or expire, but we're required by food labeling regulations to put a "best by" or "use by" date on our products.

As long as the Tummy Fiber container has been airtight you should be just fine. Just make sure you start with a low dose of 1/2 teaspoon twice daily and then gradually increase - max dose is 5 tablespoons per day, that's usually much more likely for constipation-prone folks as opposed to diarrhea, and you'd definitely want to get up to the higher doses gradually.
