While IBS can co-occur with Sjogren's or another autoimmune diseases it is not related to it or cause by it. IBS is a functional disorder.

Did your doctor tell you about the clinically proven FODMAP elimination/re-introduction diet shown to reduce symptoms in the majority of IBS suffers?
